The couple of days ago. I search for information on the Bayou Classic 1036, 36-Qt. Stainless Fryer/Steamer, so i would like to describe here.
I used this on the Bayou Classic propane burner and it was a killer combo. I am so glad I switched to this instead the old 24-quart on my electric stove. don't compare even. best part if you measure correctly, you do not need to top your mash in fermentor, because this can hold enough initially. I would highly recommend.
