The couple of days ago. I'm looking for information on the Bayou Classic 3025 30-Quart Aluminum Turkey Fryer Pot with Accessories, so i have to tell.
I purchased this for 2 reasons: 1) a cheap pot for brewing beer in, 2) quite a large plate to be used for frying Turkey or shrimp. I have not yet tried cooking but for preparing the beer worked quite well. It's nice and big, so there's a lot of concern by a boil-over. the only downside is that it's a cheaper quality so it loses heat faster. stainless steel would be ideal but much more expensive. Update: I used this pot almost 2 years and it works much better
